1. Services Provided

Restorative Brands offers therapeutic massage and wellness services, as well as topical body care products. All services are provided by a licensed massage therapist and are intended for relaxation, wellness, and therapeutic benefit. Services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

Appointments can be booked online or by request. You will receive a confirmation by email or text upon booking, along with reminders before your scheduled session. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to emergencies or health concerns.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the session cost. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.

4. Health Disclosure & Consent

Clients are expected to provide accurate health information at the time of booking or during the intake process. By receiving services from Restorative Brands, you consent to professional massage therapy and agree to inform the therapist of any changes to your health that may impact treatment.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, violating boundaries, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. Promotions, Products & Communication

By booking a service or opting in through our website, you agree to receive communication via text and email regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Follow-up messages after services

• Limited promotional offers or product announcements
  You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP (for SMS) or using the unsubscribe link in email messages.
