Fascia blasting massage is a technique using a special tool to apply pressure and break up fascial adhesions, which are areas where the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs, becomes tight or restricted. It aims to improve circulation, reduce pain, and increase flexibility by targeting specific areas of the body. The tool, often called a "fascia blaster," is used to apply pressure in a scrubbing or "washboard" motion over the skin.
